Terms of Sale, Payment, Delivery, Returns, and Complaints

The Seller of goods and services is Conny Petö Đeneš - Harmonija (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”), while the Buyer is an individual who selects at least one product, completes the electronic order form, and submits it to the Seller.
General Provisions
The Buyer must be a legal adult and fully capable of conducting business. Contracts on behalf of minors or individuals with limited business capacity may be concluded by their legal guardians. The Seller is not responsible for actions contrary to these provisions.
By accepting these Terms, the Buyer confirms that all provided information is true, complete, and accurate and that they are legally capable of entering into contracts and purchasing goods.
Product Offering and Pricing
Ordering
The Buyer may place orders electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An order is considered received once the Buyer completes the ordering process and receives an order confirmation via email.
The Seller will notify the Buyer of any unavailable products and offer alternative options or a refund.
Payment
The Buyer may make payments using the following methods:
-Card Payment through Stripe or PayPal.
-Bank Transfer – payment instructions will be provided after the order is placed.
-Cash on Delivery – available only in exceptional circumstances within Croatia.
All orders must be fully paid before delivery unless cash on delivery is agreed upon.
Delivery and Shipping
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery and immediately reporting any damages to the courier and the Seller via email at info@connypetodenes.com.
Liability for Material Defects
The Seller is responsible for material defects in products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act. The Buyer must notify the Seller of visible defects within 14 days of discovering them.
Returns and Complaints
The Buyer is entitled to return products in the following cases:
-If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or unsuitable.
-If the product delivered is not the one ordered.
-If the product is delivered with an expired expiration date.
Complaints can be submitted via email to info@connypetodenes.com. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer may request a replacement product or a refund. Returned products must be in their original packaging with the invoice included.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days of receiving the product. A withdrawal form or a clear declaration of withdrawal can be sent to info@connypetodenes.com.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Seller is at fault.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will strive to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Poreč-Parenzo, Croatia. The Buyer may also use the ODR Platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
